Our highly rated partners inspect each piece before shipping, but if something arrives defective, we’re here to help. Please review our return policy below.
Returns for Defective Items
We accept returns for apparel and custom items only if they arrive defective, damaged, or not as described. This includes issues like printing errors, stitching defects, or incorrect sizing due to a manufacturing fault. Here’s the process:
Timeframe: You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to report a defect.
Process: Email us at aichibanjapan@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the defect, and clear photos showing the issue. We’ll review your request within 2-3 business days.
Resolution: If approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return label and either send a replacement or issue a full refund, based on your preference and item availability.
Non-Returnable Items
Since all our products are dropshipped and printed on demand, we cannot accept returns for reasons other than defects. This includes:
Change of mind, sizing issues due to customer error, or color variations due to screen display differences.
Items damaged after delivery due to improper care or use.
Important Notes
Proof of Defect: We may request additional details to verify the issue. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging for a return to be processed.
Custom Items: Due to the print-on-demand nature of our designs, replacements for defective items may take 7-14 business days to fulfill, as they are produced fresh by our partners.
Shipping Costs: We cover the return shipping cost for defective items. However, original shipping fees are non-refundable.
